NOVELTY - Ceramic based 3D printing material comprises 5-11 pts. wt. modified nano ceramic powder, 4-6 pts. wt. organosilicone oil, 9-15 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2-4 pts. wt. chitosan, 5-12 pts. wt. graphene, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 0.02-0.05 pts. wt. salicylic acid ester type ultraviolet absorber, 11-18 pts. wt. phenolic resin and 0.8-2 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, the preparation method of modified nano-ceramic powder comprises e.g. soaking nano ceramic powder in ethyl acetate, draining, adding into meerschaum powder and barium carbonate powder, mixing, and carrying out melting reaction. USE - Used as ceramic based 3D printing material. ADVANTAGE - The printing material solves the problem of nano ceramic material forming long molding period, complex process and bad precision, molding product has simple structure and prepares the nano ceramic material product with high intensity and high toughness, thus improves abrasion resistance by more than 60%, impact toughness by 30-40%, and tensile strength about 15%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ceramic based 3D printing material, comprising adding mixing uniformly above mentioned components according to composition, adding into reaction kettle, heat processing, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation treatment, where ultrasonic oscillation process power is 730 W, and time is 30 minutes, placing under 4 degrees C temperature, at the low temperature drying and granulating to obtain ceramic based 3D printing material.
