NOVELTY - The system has an ultra-conductor whose inner circumference is provided with an annular inner ring that is uniformly arranged with spokes. A center part of each spoke is connected with a rotating shaft that is connected with an impeller. A lower opening of the impeller is oppositely connected to an annular shell of a machine body. An aircraft central control system controls a cooler and an annular inner ring electromagnetic driving system to drive the ultra-conductor and the annular inner ring by flux pinning. The annular inner ring drives the rotating shaft and the impeller to rotate, such that rotation of the impeller provides reducing power to the annular shell of the machine body. USE - Rotating dual-layer graphene ultra-conductor magnetic suspension anti-gravity aircraft controlling system. ADVANTAGE - The system avoids need of large non-renewable fuel for an aircraft.
