NOVELTY - Photocatalytic complex comprises graphene doped with a first dopant, and at least one plasmonic nanocluster provided on graphene doped with the first dopant. The plasmonic nanoclusters include at least one of plasmonic atoms. USE - Used as photocatalytic complex. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalytic complex is capable of supporting plasmonic nanoclusters on graphene doped with a first dopant through a pyrolysis process and a method for preparing the same can be provided and improves stability by forming plasmonic nanoclusters on graphene doped with a first dopant and forming a coordination bond between the first dopant and plasmonic atoms. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing complex photocatalyst, comprising preparing a graphene solution doped with a first conductive dopant including a carbon precursor, a dopant precursor, and a solvent, preparing a suspension by adding a plasmonic nanocluster precursor to the graphene solution doped with the first dopant and stirring, preparing a photocatalyst precursor mixed powder by removing the solvent from the suspension through a freeze-drying process and thermally decomposing the photocatalyst precursor mixture powder to prepare a photocatalyst complex in which plasmonic nanoclusters are deposited on graphene doped with a first dopant.
