NOVELTY - Reagent kit comprises carboxyl graphene coupled with a monoclonal antibody and/or carboxyl graphene coupled with a polyclonal antibody, fluorescent proteins with high-positive charges, and a buffering solution. The buffering solution is 5-50 mM tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride and 50-200 mM sodium chloride. USE - The reagent kit is useful for detecting proteoglycan (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit detects proteoglycan and analyses on target proteoglycan in a homogeneous system rapidly with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reagent kit comprises carboxyl graphene coupled with a monoclonal antibody and/or carboxyl graphene coupled with a polyclonal antibody, fluorescent proteins with high-positive charges, and a buffering solution. The carboxyl graphene coupled with a monoclonal antibody is prepared by combining core protein of proteoglycans as monoclonal antibody I with carboxyl terminal of carboxyl graphene I, or combining core protein of proteoglycans as monoclonal antibody II with carboxyl terminal of carboxyl graphene II. The carboxyl graphene coupled with a polyclonal antibody is prepared by combining core protein of proteoglycans as polyclonal antibody III with carboxyl terminal of carboxyl graphene III, or combining core protein of proteoglycans as polyclonal antibody IV with carboxyl terminal of carboxyl graphene IV. The buffering solution is 5-50 mM tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride and 50-200 mM sodium chloride. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the reagent kit.
