NOVELTY - Graphene modified material comprises oxaniline molecular graphene modified material, which is oxaaniline molecule connected to the graphene skeleton through covalent bond, the oxaniline molecule includes 2 and/or 3 oxygen atom substituents connected to the aniline unit. USE - The graphene modified material is used for super capacitor used in electric automobile, portable electronic device and high power supply. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified material: has excellent electrical performance, and good application value in energy storage; graphene is capable of modifying the structure of graphene to improve the electrochemical performance of the graphene; aniline molecule is connected on the graphene framework through covalent bond form, which can improve the compact stacking condition of graphene, the product obtain loose and dispersed layered structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified material, comprising using oxaniline molecules and graphene oxide as precursors, adding solvent, ultrasonic and stirring to mix, and reacting in reaction kettle at 30-200°C, after the reaction is completed, after-treatment to obtain the oxaniline molecular graphene modified material.
