NOVELTY - The synthesis of molecular sieve involves crushing bentonite, calcining, surface-modifying bentonite using ethanol solution of graphene oxide, ultrasonically-treating bentonite, drying, grinding, adding bentonite powder, filtering, washing, measuring content of main components of filter cake, analyzing, adding sodium hydroxide solution and sodium aluminate solution, heating, aging, crystallizing, separating to obtain 4A type molecular sieve, washing, adding calcium chloride solution, washing, drying to obtain 5A type molecular sieve powder, plastic-molding, drying and activating. USE - Synthesis of 5A type dewaxing molecular sieve by using bentonite. ADVANTAGE - The molecular sieve is synthesized at low cost with high yield, excellent quality and excellent dewaxing efficiency in environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The synthesis of 5A type dewaxing molecular sieve involves crushing the dried bentonite, placing in a roaster for roasting, calcining the bentonite into bentonite powder of less than 325 mesh, carrying out the surface modification of bentonite by using ethanol solution of graphene oxide, ultrasonically-treating bentonite, drying, grinding, adding obtained bentonite powder to purification tank containing hydrochloric acid solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, reacting, filtering, washing, until the washing water not containing chloride ions are taken out of the bentonite filter cake, measuring the content of main components of bentonite filter cake, analyzing, adding bentonite filter cake to sodium hydroxide solution, stirring, so that the filter cake is mixed evenly, heating at greater than or equal to 40 degrees C, adding sodium aluminate solution, stirring for 30-50 minutes, heating at 40-60 degrees C, aging at constant temperature for 30-50 minutes, stirring at 100-102 degrees C, carrying out static crystallization reaction and settlement separation to obtain 4A type molecular sieve, recovering mother liquor in the next crystallization reaction cycle, washing 4A-type molecular sieve for 3-5 times using wash water at the pH of 10, adding calcium chloride solution for ion exchange, washing when the exchange rate is greater than or equal to 75%, drying to obtain 5A type molecular sieve powder, carrying out plastic molding of 5A-type molecular sieve raw powder, drying and activating.
