▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Combination of non-conductive polymer, filler and saline comprises filler comprising material selected from aluminum tri-hydrate, calcium carbonate, aluminum nitride, graphene, and carbon black; saline comprising acrylate polymer having wet end and dry end, where wet end can bond with filler and dry end can bond with non-conductive polymer. USE - Combination of non-conductive polymer, filler and saline for eliminating electrostatic discharges (ESD) and electromagnetic-interference (EMI), and manipulating dielectric constant. ADVANTAGE - The combination of non-conductive polymer, filler and saline increases conductivity, and strengthens substrate material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a laminate structure, which comprises layer of fiberglass and layer of material comprising non-conductive polymer, filler, and saline; filler comprising material selected from aluminum tri-hydrate, calcium carbonate, aluminum nitride, graphene, and carbon black; saline comprising acrylate polymer having wet end and dry end, where wet end can bond with filler and dry end can bond with non-conductive polymer; and 2. an improved three-dimensional combination of graphene and non-conductive polymer, which comprises carbon black particles associated with perimeter of graphene and supplying electrons to graphene.
