▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing a graphene composite by reacting carbon-containing compounds in a plasma, comprises: passing a liquid and/or gaseous carbon-containing compound through a plasma field, the carbon-containing compound dissociating in the plasma; and nucleating the dissociated carbon-containing products in or behind the plasma field and forming a graphene-containing material, particles of a metal and/or semimetal component are dispersed in the carbon-containing compound in a preceding process step, and the resulting dispersion is subsequently reacted in the plasma, using a Composite comprising graphene and nanoparticles of the metal and/or semimetal component and/or the converted metal and/or semimetal component. USE - The composite material is useful as electrically conductive material for electrochemical energy storage devices, preferably lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, for catalysis or in sensor technology. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures addition of silicon which improves the quality of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite material comprising graphene and nanoparticles of a metal and/or semimetal component and/or a converted metal and/or semimetal component, where the oxygen content of the graphene is 0.1-10 wt.%, preferably 0.5-5 wt.%.
