NOVELTY - Nylon-graphene composite material comprises 95-105 pts. wt. nylon salt, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 3-8 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-carbon sol containing solid content of 20-25%, 1-4 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 0.2-1 pts. wt. blocking agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. 6-aminocaproic acid, and 40-70 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as nylon-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high temperature resistant, has better flame retardance, heat resistance and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the nylon-graphene composite material comprising (1) weighing above mentioned each component, then mixing the nylon salt, graphene oxide, blocking agent and 6-aminocaproic acid, and ultrasonically dispersing at 50-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours to form a premix and then adding the premix into high-pressure reaction kettle, (2) using the nano-carbon sol containing solid content of 20-25%, sepiolite powder, expandable graphite, silane coupling agent KH560, nano silicon dioxide, and ultrasonically stirring and adding hydroxyapatite powder into the de-ionized water uniformly, then adding into the reaction kettle, and (3) replacing air by nitrogen in the reaction kettle at least three times; then introducing nitrogen as reaction gas, heating to 160-260 degrees C and the pressure is 2-3.5 MPa, the method for releasing water vapor in the reaction kettle pressure keeping at 2-3.5 MPa, constant pressure reaction time is 1-3 hours; then the pressure in the reactor pressure to normal pressure, discharging, in the reaction process, the temperature in the kettle is not greater than 280 degrees C.
