▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polysilicon ceramic high temperature anticorrosive coating, comprises stirring modified graphene and polysilane-modified epoxy resin to obtain a resin mixture, where the mass fraction ratio of the modified graphene to the polysilane-modified epoxy resin is 0.5-5%, and then stirring the resin mixture with zirconia and zinc oxide to obtain component A, where the mass ratio of zirconia, zinc oxide and polysilane modified epoxy resin is 1:1:1-1:2:4 and then mixing the component A with a curing agent, where the curing agent is triethylenetetramine, and the mass ratio of component A to curing agent is 5: 1-10:1. USE - The method is useful for preparing polysilicon ceramic high temperature anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having stable Tg phase boundary at high temperature can effectively prevent the intrusion of oxidizing medium and avoid oxidation of the lattice, simultaneously coating contains a large amount of corrosion resistant factors and hydroxy reactive groups, where coating capable of generating a three-dimensional structure, has the dual functions of electrochemical protection and physical shielding and is suitable for long-term high temperature protection of substrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polysilicon ceramic high temperature anticorrosive coating, prepared as mentioned above.
