USE - Complex of hydroxylated graphene quantum dots for detecting sulfur dioxide, sulfite or bisulfite in solution, cell or organism (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method of preparing composite, which involves dispersing hydroxylated graphene quantum dots and 2-(N,N-diethylamino)-7-(N,N-diethylamino)coumarin (4,3-b) at 0-4 degrees C in a solution, and stirring the reaction at room temperature to obtain a fluorescent probe.
