NOVELTY - A low-odor interior decorative composite polypropylene comprises polypropylene, filler and pre-processing material, obtained by blending, extruding and granulating. The filler is carbon black. The pre-processing material comprises flaky graphite, graphene, nano spherical barium sulfate, nano serpentine powder, niobate and high melt index polypropylene, obtained by extruding and granulating. USE - The low-odor interior decorative composite polypropylene is used for vehicle (claimed) for interior trim material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene exhibits excellent smoothness and scratch resistance, has black color which is very suitable for automobile interior trim for processing instrument panel, reduces volatile smell of polypropylene, and reduces subsequent injection processing temperature to prevent polypropylene degradation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of low-odor interior decorative composite polypropylene comprising adding flaky graphite, graphene, nano spherical barium sulfate, nano serpentine powder, niobate and high melt index polypropylene into high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing, melting and extruding and granulating by screw extruder to obtain pre-processing material, adding polypropylene, filler and pre-processing material into high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing, adding to parallel double-screw extruder feeding port, extruding through multi-hole plate mold head, hydrocooling drying, rolling, cutting by cutter, and packing.
