▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Antibacterial material comprises graphene oxide, poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and rose Bengal red. USE - The material is useful for improving the killing and inhibition of bactericidal liquid on activity of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms. ADVANTAGE - The material is simple to synthesis, easy to control, safe, environmentally friendly, economical, low toxicity to human body, improves the rate of processing and preparation of the sterilizing liquid, materials can produce a large amount of reactive oxygen species (ROS) under light, which is a strong oxidant with a wide range of microbicidal effects, including bacteria, spores, viruses, fungi, etc., which kills 600-3000 times faster than chlorine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antibacterial material comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, freezing and drying; (ii) adding poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride solution with a mass concentration of 0.25% into 1 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, allowing to stand for 8-12 hours and centrifuging to obtain brown viscous substance, which is graphene oxide/poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride complex, ultrasonically dispersing by adding double distilled water to obtain graphene oxide/poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride dispersion; and (iii) adding rose Bengal red into graphene oxide/poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours, stirring for 6 hours, centrifuging until the supernatant is clear and transparent and freeze-drying.
