NOVELTY - Preparation of benzoxazine compound-based graphene material involves irradiating benzoxazine compound using a laser, and converting benzoxazine compound into target product. The benzoxazine compound comprises benzoxazine monomer and/or benzoxazine monomer derivative, and is a liquid material. USE - Preparation of graphene material used in energy storage, energy conversion, catalysis, sensing or electromagnetic shielding applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, short in manufacturing period, and low in cost. The functional form and composition of the prepared graphene material can be flexibly customized and controlled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of a graphene hybrid material and/or a graphene composite material based on benzoxazine compound, which involves mixing the benzoxazine compound with a doping precursor to form a composition, and irradiating with laser.
