NOVELTY - High temperature resistant anti-aging solar backboard film comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl fluoride, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 10-15 pts. wt. anti-aging master batch, 5-10 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. light stabilizer and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as high temperature resistant anti-aging solar backboard film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high temperature resistance and anti-aging performance, and high film strength, small shrinking rate, and good thermal deformation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the backboard film, comprising (i) taking polyethylene with anti-aging master batch, mixing uniformly, adding polyethylene, polyvinyl fluoride and polyvinylidene fluoride, and mixing uniformly, (ii) adding graphene oxide in the mixed base material, nano silicon dioxide, light stabilizer and antioxidant, and stirring at high speed to uniformly, (iii) adding the mixed material in the hopper of the extrusion film blowing machine, setting the working temperature and blowing pressure of each processing section, blowing extrusion into uniform cylindrical film, and (iv) cutting the obtained tubular film.
