▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of toughening agent involves mixing 5-30 parts mass polyethylene glycol 200, 100-500 parts mass toluene and 0.5 parts mass graphene oxide in a three-mouthed reactor, ultrasonically-agitating, stirring, adding 3-20 parts mass thionyl chloride dropwise under nitrogen atmosphere, heating, distilling excess toluene and thionyl chloride, draining oxidized graphene chloride, then adding 0.3-2 parts mass pyridine, stirring, refluxing, then adding 10-30 parts mass methacryloyl chloride, hydroxy-lating, and distilling excess hydrogen chloride and methacryloyl chloride. USE - Preparation of toughening agent used for physical and chemical treatment of modified unsaturated polyester resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides toughening agent. The agent improves mechanical property of resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of toughening agent involves mixing 5-30 parts mass polyethylene glycol 200, 100-500 parts mass toluene and 0.5 parts mass graphene oxide in a three-mouthed reactor, ultrasonically-agitating, stirring with rate of 50-500 rpm and ultrasonic frequency of 500-5000 Hz for 5 hours, adding 3-20 parts mass thionyl chloride dropwise under nitrogen atmosphere, heating at 50-90 degrees C for 12-48 hours, distilling excess toluene and thionyl chloride, draining oxidized graphene chloride, then adding 0.3-2 parts mass pyridine, stirring with speed of 200-2000 rpm under nitrogen atmosphere, refluxing for 2 hours, then adding 10-30 parts mass methacryloyl chloride, hydroxy-lating at 60-100 degrees C for 2 hours, distilling excess hydrogen chloride and methacryloyl chloride and obtaining residual ash yellow of semitransparent liquid. The graphite oxide is natural crystalline flake graphite.
