NOVELTY - Preparing butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber masterbatch comprises removing the volatile matter in the compound to obtain butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber masterbatch, where the compound comprises butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber glue and auxiliary agent. The butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber glue comprises at least one of cis-butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber glue and trans-butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber glue. The auxiliary agent is filler and/or additive. USE - The method is useful for preparing butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes problem of poor compatibility, co-vulcanization characteristics and filler dispersibility in the traditional butadiene rubber/isoprene rubber combined process. The vulcanized rubber has mechanical strength, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, low rolling resistance and low heat generation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of vulcanized rubber, comprising adopting the material comprising butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber masterbatch.
