NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity tape with good heat dissipation effect comprises a base material layer and a heat-conducting adhesive layer set on the upper and lower surfaces of the base material layer. The heat conducting adhesive layer is mainly prepared from flake graphene powder, metal nanotubes, photocurable resin, photoinitiator, acrylate and 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane. USE - Used as high thermal conductivity tape with good heat dissipation effect. ADVANTAGE - The high heat conducting adhesive tape has good anti-aging radiating effect and prevents the influence of photo-thermal effect for a long time on the viscosity.
