▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silica composite aerogel comprises (i) dispersing 100 pts. wt. silica aerogel powder in a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide for hydroxylation treatment; (ii) filtering, washing, dispersing into an aqueous solution containing 100-500 pts. wt. weight of epoxy siloxane, and stirring; (iii) adding 0.1-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, adjusting the pH value to be less than 3, mechanical stirring at 50℃; (iv) adding ascorbic acid aqueous solution and be warming up to 80℃, maintaining for 10-30 minutes, warming up to 150℃ again and maintaining 1-3 hours; and (v) adjusting viscosity to 200-600 cp, and obtaining graphene/silica composite aerogel powder by atomization drying method. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/silica composite aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has low coefficient of heat conductivity and high hydrophobicity under the condition of only adding a small amount of graphene, high porosity, and adding graphene can effectively absorb impact; reduces damage of external force to the silicon gas gel structure; improves the problem of silicon dioxide gas gel large brittleness; is not easy to be worn and stable structure. The method has simple technique strong operability; is environment-friendly; and is economical.
