NOVELTY - A red, green and blue monochromatic organic LED comprises substrate, anode, hole injection layer, hole transport layer, electron blocking layer, light-emitting layer, and electron transport layer, electron injection layer and cathode. The light-emitting layer is red light-emitting layer, green light-emitting layer or blue light-emitting layer. The red light emitting layer comprises double host material and red phosphorescent guest material doped in double host material. The dual host material is mixture of 4,4',4"-tris(carbazol-9-yl)triphenylamine and bis(2-hydroxyphenylpyridine)beryllium in mass ratio of 1:1. The red phosphorescent guest material is bis(2-methyldibenzo(f,h)quinoxaline)(acetylacetonato) iridium or bis(1-phenylisoquinolinyl)acetylacetonato iridium. The green light emitting layer comprises double host material and green phosphorescent guest material. The green phosphorescent guest material is bis(2-phenylpyridine)acetylacetonato iridium. USE - Red, green and blue monochromatic organic LED used in mobile phones, television and automobile tail lights. ADVANTAGE - The monochromatic organic LED has simple structure, high efficiency, low roll-off, and long service life, and is economical and prepared by simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A red, green and blue monochromatic organic LED comprises substrate, anode, hole injection layer, hole transport layer, electron blocking layer, light-emitting layer, and electron transport layer arranged in sequence, electron injection layer and cathode. The light-emitting layer is a red light-emitting layer, a green light-emitting layer or a blue light-emitting layer. The red light emitting layer comprises double host material and red phosphorescent guest material doped in the double host material. The dual host material is mixture of 4,4',4"-tris(carbazol-9-yl)triphenylamine and bis(2-hydroxyphenylpyridine)beryllium in a mass ratio of 1:1. The red phosphorescent guest material is bis(2-methyldibenzo(f,h)quinoxaline)(acetylacetonato) iridium or bis(1-phenylisoquinolinyl)acetylacetonato iridium. The green light emitting layer comprises a double host material and a green phosphorescent guest material doped in the double host material. The green phosphorescent guest material is bis(2-phenylpyridine)acetylacetonato iridium. The blue light emitting layer comprises a host material and a blue guest material doped in the host material. The host material is 2-methyl-9,10-bis(2-naphthyl)anthracene. The blue light guest material is 4,4'-(1,4-phenylenedi-(1E)-2,1-ethylenediyl)bis(N,N-diphenylaniline). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the red, green and blue monochromatic organic LED.
