NOVELTY - Glaze comprises 41-43 pts. wt. silica, 7.6- 9.4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 7.2-8.7 pts. wt. iron nitride, 7.2-8.7 pts. wt. graphene, 6.7-8.4 pts. wt. alumina, 6.4-8.3 pts. wt. niobium pentoxide, 5.7-7.6 pts. wt. vanadium boride, 4.3- 6.1 pts. wt. cobalt oxide, 4.1-5.7 pts. wt. white carbon blacks, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. salt and 12.6- 14.8 pts. wt. antibacterial agent. USE - The glaze is useful for tableware (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glaze: has heat-resistant effect, is environmentally friendly and safe, can avoid the color effect of the tableware, does not fade, no color change, can also maintain the activity of antibacterial agents, prolongs the service life, saves production cost, has strong stability and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparing glaze, comprising (i) adding salt and antibacterial agent other than all the raw materials, ball milling to 160-200 meshes, uniformly mixing to obtain primary crushed material, (ii) adding crushed material weight of 6-8 times the amount of water to the first crushed material, freezing for 26-30 hours, taking out the heating and boiling, reducing heat to water content of 10-15% of the original, increasing the porosity of raw materials, reducing pinholes and bubbles and convenient grinding to obtain temperature difference treatment material, (iii) adding temperature difference treatment material to the furnace, increasing the temperature at 1270-1280 degrees C, insulating for 35-40 minutes, closing the furnace, cooling at 500-600 degrees C with speed of at 3-4 degrees C/minutes, placing molten material at 0-15 degrees C in the water quenching to obtain quench, (iv) adding salt into a quench, increase enamel delicate and fluid, convenient to use and ball milling to 240-280 meshes to obtain second crushed material, (v) adding secondary pulverized material to the furnace, raising the temperature at 1240-1250 degrees , insulating for 20-25 minutes, reducing air, increasing the density, matching the expansion coefficient, miantaining the enamel smooth, closing the furnace, lowering the temperature at 300-400 degrees C at a rate of 6-7 degrees C/minute, adding antibacterial agent, raising the temperature at 800-900 degrees C at a rate of 2-3 degrees C/minute, continuously heating for 40-45 minutes, placing the secondary melting material at 2-8 degrees C in the water quenching to obtain second quenching material, (vi) taking the second quenching material ball milling to 400-440 meshes to obtain heat-resistant glaze, (vii) packaging in vacuum to obtain product; and (2) use of heat-resistant and environmentally friendly glaze for tableware, comprising taking required amount of heat-resistant glaze for tableware, adding to the tableware heat-resistant glaze weight of 2-4 times the amount of water, placing at 36-38 degrees C sealed soaking for 2-3 days, grinding uniformly, glazing gradually heating at 1270-1320 degrees C, burning for 5-6 minutes and increasing the compactness and durability of the enamel.
