▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Iron(II, III) oxide/iron-silicon-aluminum/graphene composite reinforced poly(lactic acid)-based three-dimensional printing wave-absorbing wire, comprises 0.1-20 wt.% iron(II, III) oxide, 10-30 wt.% iron-silicon-aluminum, 2-4 wt.% graphene and 66-86 wt.% poly(lactic acid). USE - The wave-absorbing wire is useful in various complex environments. ADVANTAGE - The wave-absorbing wire has excellent comprehensive wave-absorbing properties, excellent mechanical properties, environmentally friendly process preparation, and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing iron(II, III) oxide/iron-silicon-aluminum/graphene composite reinforced poly(lactic acid)-based three-dimensional printing wave-absorbing wire comprising (i) ball milling and filtering iron(II, III) oxide, iron-silicon-aluminum powder and graphene sheets to obtain powder particles in which graphene wraps iron(II, III) oxide and iron-silicon-aluminum particles, (ii) adding powder particles into poly(lactic acid), ball milling and filtering to obtain a composite powder of poly(lactic acid) and graphene-wrapped iron(II, III) oxide with iron-silicon-aluminum particles attached inside and outside, (iii) melting and extruding the composite powder after ball milling in step (ii) for three-dimensional printing composite wire, and (iv) printing the coaxial ring through the Allcct tank three-dimensional printer using three-dimensional printing wire to obtain final product.
