▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene/clay composite material comprises porous graphene and clay, and has a porous structure, where the porous graphene is inserted among clay layers through intercalation reaction, and the mass ratio of the porous graphene to the clay is 1:(0.1-10), the specific area of composite material is 200-250 m2/g, and the weight loss within 900 degrees C is 3-6 wt.%. USE - The composite material is useful in sewage treatment (claimed), and adsorbing heavy metals and organic substances. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/clay composite material can be easily dispersed, has high dispersity and efficient and selective adsorbability for heavy metals and organic substances, achieves maximum comprehensive removal rate of 99%, and thus has wide prospects in industrialized application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene/clay composite material, comprises (i) adding graphite powder into concentrated sulfuric acid, cooling in ice salt bath to 0 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate, stirring and reacting, adding water, then adding hydrogen peroxide to the reaction, centrifuging and washing the obtained solid with water, ultrasonically dispersing, then microwave processing, filtering and drying to obtain the graphene oxide, and then adding alkali, heating and reacting under the protection of nitrogen to obtain the porous graphene, (ii) adding the porous graphene into the solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding clay, stirring and reacting, filtering, drying to obtain the precipitate, grinding and sieving.
