NOVELTY - The preparation method of anti-scaling coating material involves ultrasonically-dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous ethanol to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, mixing precursor including tetrabutyl titanate, solvent including anhydrous ethanol, stabilizer including ethyl acetoacetate and complexing agent to prepare titanium dioxide colloid, mixing PTFE emulsion and ethanol and then high-speed stirring to obtain PTFE liquid, mixing graphene oxide dispersion and titanium dioxide colloid, high-speed stirring to obtain mixed sol, adding PTFE liquid and high-speed stirring. USE - Preparation of anti-scaling coating material for heat exchanger. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of coating material with improved wear resistance, thermal conductivity, cold flow property, heat transfer performance, mechanical properties and scaling resistance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for coating metal sheet with anti-scaling coating material.
