▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing copper-based composite material comprises (i) taking copper foil deposited with graphene as the unit material, laminating two or more layers of the unit material and placing them in the ceramic tooling, then wrapping the metal sheath on the outer surface of the ceramic tooling, encapsulating by vacuuming, thus tightly covering the metal sheath on the outer surface of the ceramic tooling and (ii) applying 90-200 MPa pressure to the packaged composite material through an inert gas at 800-1000 degrees C to perform hot isostatic pressure densification. USE - The method is useful for preparing copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based composite material: has good composite effect; high density; high forming rate; and high strength and high conductivity. The method: reduces the number of procedures; improves the processing efficiency; and is good for reducing production costs and saving resource. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM also includes copper-based composite material obtained by above method.
