NOVELTY - Preparation of high-performance asphalt adhesive layer material involves adding modifier, emulsifier, photosensitive surfactant and additive into water at 50-70℃, using pH regulator to adjust the pH value to 1.5-2.5, preparing into soap liquid, mixing modified asphalt, interface reinforcing agent and matrix asphalt, adding the soap liquid to colloid mill, pressurizing, cutting and grinding to make the asphalt dispersed in the soap liquid to form oil-in-water asphalt emulsion. USE - Preparation of high-performance asphalt adhesive layer material used for bonding of asphalt pavement layers (all claimed) in road surface engineering construction process. ADVANTAGE - The asphalt adhesive layer material has fast demulsification speed, fast strength forming and excellent bonding effect with upper characteristics, and does not stick the construction vehicle wheel when the road surface temperature reaches 70℃ to avoid damage to the adhesive layer material.
