NOVELTY - Preparing marine unsaturated polyester composite vacuum bag, comprises: (a) pretreatment of graphene: adding graphene to tetrahydrofuran solution, after ultrasonic treatment for 40 minutes, removing solvent to obtain additive; (b) mixing the raw materials: adding 1-2 wt.% of the pretreated graphene and 1-2 wt.% of the curing agent to the unsaturated polyester substrate and stirring and mixing uniformly; (c) injection molding: adding the mixture obtained in step (b) to the mold, covering with a nylon film, and after covering the surface, coating the adhesive body with a viscous sealing strip and wrapping the whole mold in a nylon film; and (d) curing and forming: connecting the vacuum pump to the vacuum nozzle reserved on the bag body and pumping the air out of the bag to a vacuum of less than one atmosphere, and curing at room temperature for 40 minutes until the gel is hardened and then removing from the vacuum bag, leaving at room temperature for 5-10 days until fully cooked. USE - The method is useful for preparing marine unsaturated polyester composite vacuum bag. ADVANTAGE - The method provides bag having tensile strength of greater than or equal to 70 MPa, Rockwell hardness of greater than or equal to 110, tensile modulus of greater than or equal to 3.5GPa and surface resistivity of greater than or equal to 4x 1013 Omega (claimed).
