NOVELTY - A repair materials containing ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) film comprises high weather-resistant repair film in the form of a coil. The high weather-resistant repair film comprising a high weather-resistant ASA film and an anti-sticking protective film. The high weather-resistant ASA film is a surface film. The anti-sticking protective film is pasted under the high weather-resistant ASA film. An adhesive for laminating is arranged between the ASA film and the anti-sticking protective film. USE - Repair materials containing acrylonitrile styrene acrylate film for exterior materials e.g. color steel tiles, iron plates, aluminum plates, pipes and PVC board outdoor hanging boards for house (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The repair materials containing acrylonitrile styrene acrylate film has high weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, durable color, and high resistance to peel off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the repair materials containing ASA film, which involves (1) weighing the main ingredients, adding ASA rubber powder, thermoplastic elastomer, graphene powder, calcium carbonate powder, muscovite powder, hollow glass beads, rutile titanium dioxide, quartz sand powder, pigments, lubricating dispersant, antioxidant, enhancers, UV absorbers and light stabilizers, adding to a high-speed mixer, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding the mixture into the twin-screw extruder to melt and copolymerize, extruding by twin screw extruder to form ASA particles, (2) accurately measuring the ASA particles by a metering pump, extruding from the mold, casting by a casting roll, passing the guide roller to flatten and cooling, accurately measuring the thickness by the thickness gauge in the middle, trimming, drawing, and neatly winding up by winding machine, obtaining finished ASA film, (3) applying an appropriate thickness of butyl self-adhesive heat-sensitive adhesive on the back of the finished ASA film through the glue application equipment, sticking a layer of anti-sticking protective film on the surface of butyl self-adhesive heat-sensitive adhesive, cutting the edges, and rolling by winding machine; and (2) coating method of repairing materials containing ASA film for outdoor use of houses, which involves (A) cleaning the oily dust on the surface of the exterior material of the house that needs to be repaired with weather resistance requirements, (B) tearing off the anti-sticking protective film at the bottom of the high weather resistance repair film, attaching the high weather resistance repair film to the surface of the color steel tile of the roof of the house to be repaired or the surface of the outdoor material of the house, or using pasting and laminating equipment to directly paste the high weather resistance repair film and the product that needs to be treated with high weather resistance on the surface, (C) checking the coiled material and the surface layer of the color steel tile of the roof of the repaired and repaired house or the surface layer of the outdoor material of the house to ensure that the paste is tight and flat.
