▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous heating high temperature graphene coating comprises (i) taking 10-50 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. sodium lignin sulfonate, 50-60 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, 0.2-1 pts. wt. 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. carbon tube, (ii) adding graphene, sodium lignin sulfonate, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, nano titanium dioxide, chloroplatinic acid, sodium borohydride into the basket sand mill, then grinding and dispersing, discharging to obtain the pre-dispersed slurry, (iii) dividing the mixed material dispersed into three parts respectively placing three parts of mixed material into three sand grinding machine for sand grinding, (iv) adding carbon tube and mixing uniformly, uniformly stirring and mixing, drying to obtain the semi-finished product coating, and (v) transferring the coating semi-finished product at 110℃ and maintaining for 2-3 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Preparation of aqueous heating high temperature graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous heating high-temperature graphene coating adopts carbon tube connection strategy, on one hand, by electrifying to the wall or the harmful substance releasing substance heating, promoting the volatilization of harmful substance; and on the other hand, heating improves the catalytic activity of the photo-catalyst, at the same time, reduces the catalyst reaction barrier, and auxiliary expanding catalytic absorption wavelength.
