NOVELTY - Manufacture of porous graphene filter involves forming graphene filter (f1) having hole (h1) in filter main portion by depositing carbon atoms generated from carbon source and substituted atoms generated from substitution source, forming graphene filter (f2) having hole (h2) by depositing carbon atoms generated from carbon source and substituted atoms generated from substitution source, and placing filter discharge port in the main portion. USE - Manufacture of porous graphene filter used in filter device (claimed) used in medicine applications for hemodialysis, specific gas separation, and automobile exhaust filtration. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of porous graphene filter.
