NOVELTY - An anti-skid safety tire tread rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. base rubber, 1-30 pts. wt. graphene composite rubber, 40-55 pts. wt. white carbon black, 25-45 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-4.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-6 pts. wt. active agent, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-4 pts. wt. tackifying resin, 5-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator and 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur. The graphene composite rubber comprises graphene and rubber. The content of graphene is 5-20 %mass. USE - Anti-skid safety tire tread rubber. ADVANTAGE - The tire tread rubber has excellent anti-skid performance and is safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of anti-skid safety tire tread rubber, which involves adding base rubber to internal mixer, mixing for 30-60 seconds, adding graphene composite rubber, white carbon black, carbon black, silane coupling agent, active agent, antioxidant agent, tackifying resin and plasticizer, mixing for 1.5-4 minutes and heating at 140-150 degrees C to obtain master batch, leaving the obtained masterbatch still for 2-6 hours, adding vulcanization accelerator and sulfur to masterbatch, mixing for 8-15 minutes to obtain final rubber; leaving final rubber still for 2-4 hours and vulcanizing at 150-165 degrees C for 10-40 minutes.
