NOVELTY - Antistatic fiber comprises 60-75 pts. wt. terylene, 25-35 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. silver powder, 6-18 pts. wt. catalyst, 140-170 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 3-6 pts. wt. adhesive, 5-9 pts. wt. antioxidant, 15-25 pts. wt. antistatic agent and 8-15 pts. wt. antioxidants. USE - Used as antistatic fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic fiber, comprising (i) removing impurities of terylene, graphene, polyester fiber and silver filter; (ii) placing the terylene, graphene, polyester fiber and silver powder into a mixing device, stirring, uniformly mixing the raw materials, and allowing to stand for 2-3 hours; (iii) stirring uniformly the catalyst, compatibilizer, adhesive, anti-aging agent, antistatic agent and antioxidant, allowing to stand, stirring uniformly and placing into a reaction kettle, and reacting at 230-240degreesC for 2.5 hours to obtain mixed solution; (iv) drying the mixed solution, placing the mixed solution into a drying box, and drying for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain antistatic terylene; (v) knitting the anti-static terylene through a knitting machine to obtain antistatic fiber blank; and (vi) placing the antistatic fiber blank in the forming machine, and shaping.
