NOVELTY - Environment-friendly low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable comprises a wire core assembly (1) and a central filling rope (2) arranged from inside to outside. The wire core assembly is twisted around the central filling rope in the same direction. The wire core assembly comprises a wire core main body (11). The outer surface of the wire core main body is covered with an inner shielding layer. The outer surface of an inner shielding layer (12) is covered with an insulating layer (13). The outer surface of the insulating layer is fixedly connected with an outer shielding layer. A fireproof filler is filled between the outer shielding layer and the insulating layer. The outer surface of the outer shielding layer is fixedly connected with an inner sheath layer. The outer surface of the inner sheath layer is orderly connected with an armored layer, a fireproof layer, an outer sheath layer and an ultraviolet-proof outer layer. USE - Used as environment-friendly low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable has higher glass transition temperature and high anti-ultraviolet ability; realizes crisp-tough transition so as to improve the tensile strength to counteract partial aging side effect; improves shielding interference; and ensures excellent performance of cable transmission efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environment-friendly low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable comprises a wire core assembly (1) and a central filling rope (2) arranged from inside to outside. The wire core assembly is twisted around the central filling rope in the same direction. The wire core assembly comprises a wire core main body (11). The outer surface of the wire core main body is covered with an inner shielding layer. The outer surface of an inner shielding layer (12) is covered with an insulating layer (13). The outer surface of the insulating layer is fixedly connected with an outer shielding layer. A fireproof filler is filled between the outer shielding layer and the insulating layer. The outer surface of the outer shielding layer is fixedly connected with an inner sheath layer. The outer surface of the inner sheath layer is orderly connected with an armored layer, a fireproof layer, an outer sheath layer and an ultraviolet-proof outer layer. The material of the anti-ultraviolet layer comprises 45-50 pts. wt. polyurethane, 45-50 pts. wt. polythiophene , 22-27 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide powder, 25-30 pts. wt. nucleated graphene oxide slow-release carrier, 15-20 pts. wt. myristic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 30-40 pts. wt. metal nitrate or metalnitrate hydrate, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide.
