NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced aluminum-based material preparation involves providing modified graphene comprising a graphene body and a modified material attached to the surface of the graphene body, where the modified material is titanium carbide, boron carbide, tungsten carbide, zirconium carbide and silicon carbide. The base material, the reinforcing agent and the modified graphene are mixed and then subjected to forming treatment to obtain a graphene-reinforced aluminum-based material. The reinforcing agent is selected from alloys of copper, magnesium and zinc, or carbon nanotubes. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced aluminum-based material used in aluminum alloy component for compressor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene reinforced aluminum-based material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with improved strength and wear resistance.
