NOVELTY - The graphene heating device has a graphene heating film with a heating film substrate and a first layer composed of electrode strips and heat dissipation contacts arranged on the heating film substrate. A graphene layer covering the electrode layer is arranged on the heating film substrate. An upper substrate is positioned above the heating film substrate, and a lower substrate is positioned below the heating film substrate. A central frame penetrating through the upper substrate is provided on the middle section of the upper substrate, and is located directly above the graphene layer. A metal frame for cooling the heat-generating film substrate is arranged on the periphery of the lower substrate, and the upper substrate is connected to the top of the aluminum alloy frame.
