▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified oxidized graphene composite environment-friendly aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive paint comprises graphene oxide, modifier functionalized nano silicon dioxide and aqueous polyurethane, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide, modifier and aqueous polyurethane is 1: 10-100: 100-1000. USE - Used as modified oxidized graphene composite environment-friendly aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is economical and convenient to adjust the dispersibility; has excellent anti-corrosion performance and simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the modified oxidized graphene composite environment-friendly aqueous polyurethane anticorrosive paint comprising (i) adding 0.01-1 g silane coupling agent to the 30-50 ml nano-silica dispersion contains 0.014-2.885 g nano silica and reacting for 6-18 hours to obtain a functionalized nano-silica dispersion,(ii) preparing modified graphene oxide dispersion by (i) adding 0.001-1 g graphene oxide per in 10 ml water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion,(ii) mixing graphene oxide dispersion with functionalized nano-silica dispersion reacting for 1-5 hours, separating and washing to obtain modified graphene oxide, where the volume ratio of graphene oxide dispersion and functionalized nano-silica dispersion obtained in step (i) is 1:1-10, (iii) adding 0.001-2 g modified graphene oxide in 10 ml water to obtain modified graphene oxide dispersion, and (iii) adding the above-mentioned modified graphene oxide dispersion to the water-based polyurethane, and mixing to obtain graphene oxide water-based anticorrosive coating, where the volume ratio of modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid and aqueous polyurethane is 5:1 to 1:5; and (2) use method comprising applying the obtained graphene oxide water-based anticorrosive paint to the surface of the substrate and drying it for 1-5 days to obtain an anticorrosive coating, where the coating thickness is 0.05-0.50 mm.
