NOVELTY - Preparing anti-ice hydrophobic agent involves dissolving zinc nitrate, urea and cobalt nitrate in the first solvent to obtain mixed solution, dissolving ammonium fluoride in the mixed solution, then performing hydrothermal reaction to obtain white powder, drying the white powder to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing anti-ice hydrophobic agent used for fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method has super-hydrophobic performance and anti-icing performance, reduces the icing temperature of the water, improves the preparation efficiency and the preparation cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. Microporous layer slurry for fuel cell, comprises a conductive agent, second solvent and binder, where the conductive agent comprises carbon nano tube, graphene oxide and graphitized carbon, the second solvent comprises absolute ethyl alcohol and the adhesive comprises dopamine, KH-550, KH-540 and polyvinylidene fluoride; 2. Preparation method of microporous layer slurry, involving: a. dissolving the conductive agent in the second solvent to obtain the first solution; b. mixing the adhesive and the first solution to obtain a second solution; c. mixing the anti-ice hydrophobic agent and the second solution to obtain the microporous layer slurry; and 3. Preparation method of gas diffusion layer (GDL), involving: a. coating the microporous layer slurry on the substrate layer, and then baking to obtain GDL.
