▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrical conductor (100) comprises metallic substrate (102) having a surface (112); and coating (104) deposited on the surface, where the coating contains graphene coating or carbon nanotube (CNT) coating or blended graphene/carbon nanotube (CNT) coating, where the coating defines separable interface of electrical conductor configured to be mated to and unmated from mating conductor. The coating is electrically conductive; and has lower friction coefficient than surface of metallic substrate. The metallic substrate comprises base substrate layer containing copper or a copper alloy. USE - As an electrical conductor in the form of contact, terminal, pin, socket, an eye-of-needle pin, micro-action pin, compliant pin, wire, cable braid, trace, and pad, used in electrical connectors, cables, and printed circuit boards. ADVANTAGE - The electrical conductor has reduced friction, wear and contact resistance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical conductor.
