▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Product comprises boron, nitrogen, cobalt, zinc, silicon, graphene oxide and silane coupling agent KH550-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and hybridizing to obtain cobalt/zinc-zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (Co/Zn-ZIF) and sodium tetraborate decahydrate. USE - Used as product. ADVANTAGE - The addition of the hybrid significantly improves the flame retardance, smoke suppression and mechanical properties of the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene hybrid, comprising (a) adding KH550 into the graphene oxide dispersion, and stirring the reaction at 70-90 degrees C for 5 hours and cooling to obtain a mixed solution A; (b) adding cobalt/zinc mixed salt solution into mixed solution A, stirring for 3 hours, adding 2-methylimidazole solution, stirring for 10-14 hours, where the formed cobalt/zinc-ZIF grows on the surface of graphene oxide and rising the temperature to 100 degrees C, adding hydrazine hydrate, and stirring the reaction for 2 hours to obtain a mixed solution B; and (c) mixing the mixed product B with an aqueous sodium tetraborate decahydrate solution, to obtain the solid product through the one-step co-precipitation.
