▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Performing In-situ construction process for pipeline in cement-based material involves embedding a printing head of a three-dimensional printer in a cement base material slurry. An ink in the 3D printer is written into the cement base slurry under the control of a printing program. The cement-based slurry is flowed and filled with a track left by the printing head. The ink is written in the cement-base slurry to print out a structure set by the program. The multi-phase ink is oil-water two-phase liquid or a gas-water 2-phase fluid. USE - Method for performing In-situ construction process for pipeline in cement-based material, in transmission substance wiring or defect and application of stress repair (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables constructing the pipeline in situ in the cement-based material, so that the pipeline has good molding and does not cause bad influence to the cement based material.
