▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyethylene/titanium diboride/graphene thermo-sensitive conductive composite material comprises low density polyethylene, titanium diboride, carbon black, graphene and high density polyethylene as main material, and antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3',5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)), stearic acid, coupling agent vinyl trimethoxysilane, antimony trioxide and flame retardant decabromodiphenyl ethane as processing aid. USE - Used as polyethylene/titanium diboride/graphene thermo-sensitive conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has low room temperature resistivity, high pressure resistance, high current resistance, long-term flow and stable performance, high phenylthiocarbamide strength and high phenylthiocarbamide stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyethylene/titanium diboride/graphene thermo-sensitive conductive composite material, comprising (i) mixing main material mixture and processing aid at 160-180 degrees C for 60-80 minutes to obtain mixture, (ii) molding the step (i) mixture under the conditions of molding temperature of 140 plus minus 5/oC and molding pressure of 18 plus minus 2 MPa to obtain molding material, (iii) irradiating the step (ii) molding material with gamma rays, (iv) heating the step (iii) irradiated molding material at 130-135 degrees C, and maintaining temperature for 3-3.5 hours, and (v) freezing the step (iv) heat-treated molding material at -10 to -20 degrees C for 2.5-3 hours.
