NOVELTY - A topological insulator/graphene composite film comprises topological insulator nanosheets and graphene film formed by van der Waals forces. USE - Topological insulator/graphene composite film used for flexible transparent optoelectronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film can provide a stable and improved conductive path, and has high light transmittance in a wide wavelength range, high conductivity, and excellent chemical stability and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of topological insulator/graphene composite film comprising subjecting inert gas, carrier gas, topological insulator and graphene film to chemical vapor deposition.
