▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material with multi-layer gradient isolation network comprises (i) subjecting polymer micro-particle and conductive carbon based filler for vacuum drying treatment; (ii) ball milling pure polymer particles processed in step (i) into ball milling tank to obtain first ball milling product; (iii) ball milling conductive carbon-based filler, mixture of polymer particles and dry ice into ball milling tank to obtain second premix, third premix and fourth premix; (iv) ball milling first ball milling product, second premix, third premix and fourth premix in ball milling tank, heating, forming, obtaining hot press forming product, naming as incident layer, carbon based shielding layer, carbon-based shielding layer and carbon-based shielding layer; and (v) taking out incident layer, first carbon-based shielding layer, second carbon-based shielding layer and third carbon-based shielding layer and overlapping hot pressing from up to down. USE - The method is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material with multi-layer gradient isolation network. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively reduces the reflection loss, increases absorption loss, and greatly improves the electromagnetic shielding efficiency.
