▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene or graphene oxide involves mixing carbon material powder with grain size of 0.05-1000 mu m, solid grains with grain size of 1 nm to 100 mu m and liquid medium; mechanically stripping for more than 5 minutes, in which the surface tension of liquid medium under reaction temperature is 10-73 mN/m and the viscosity is 1-1x 109 mPa.s; and removing solid grains and liquid medium. Dispersant (0-20% of liquid medium) is added during mechanical stripping. The carbon material is graphite, expanded graphite, expandable graphite, or graphite oxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene or graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The use of solid grains increases contact area and makes carbon material undergo excellent stripping within a short time, increases stripping efficiency, and reduces cost. The method is suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene or graphene oxide involves: (A) mixing carbon material powder with grain size of 0.05-1000 mu m, solid grains with grain size of 1 nm to 100 mu m and liquid medium; mechanically stripping for more than 5 minutes, in which the surface tension of liquid medium under reaction temperature is 10-73 mN/m and the viscosity is 1-1x 109 mPa.s, and dispersant (0-20% of liquid medium) is added during mechanical stripping; and removing solid grains and liquid medium; or (B) in air crusher, mechanically stripping carbon material with gaseous medium and solid grains with grain size of 1 nm to 100 mu m for more than 5 minutes; and removing solid grains; in which the carbon material is graphite, expanded graphite, expandable graphite, or graphite oxide.
