NOVELTY - Processing aluminum alloy surface involves grinding aluminum alloy, cleaning and drying, using femtosecond laser multifilament to ablate the surface of aluminum alloy and preparing a graphene coating on the aluminum alloy surface, where the formation method of the femtosecond laser multifilament includes: focusing the femtosecond laser pulse by a spatial light modulator or a wedge prism, and then defocused by a plano-convex lens to form the femtosecond laser multifilament. USE - Method for processing an aluminum alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The method can process the irregular aluminum alloy surface large area, and improve the irregular aluminum surface anti-corrosion and anti-reflection performance.
