NOVELTY - A water-blocking material comprises components (A) and (B). The component (A) comprises 10-30 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 5-15 pts. wt. polyether polyol and 20-45 pts. wt. isocyanate. The component (B) includes 5-30 pts. wt. polyolefin polyol, 5-25 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.01-1 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.01-1 pt. wt. defoamer, and 1-20 pts. wt. filler. USE - Water-blocking material for sealing openings of heat-insulating materials used for preparing structure of device e.g. refrigerator for ship (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water-blocking material has excellent low-temperature toughness and elasticity, performance, service performance and life, high and low temperature alternating adaptability and flame retardant, reduces the use cost, does not easily damage, can be integrally formed on the surface of thermal-insulating material with opening, and does not have splicing seam, thereby preventing water vapor inhaled from the seam and damage to aluminum foil, which leads to the moisture absorption of thermal-insulating material and the reduction of cooling capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) a thermal-insulating-water-blocking structure, which comprises a thermal-insulating substrate made of foam or aerogel material formed on an inner surface of refrigeration device, a waterproof coating, which is coated on the surface of substrate, and the water-blocking material is cured; (ii) a refrigeration device, which comprises an inner wall surface provided with the structure; and (iii) a ship, which comprises the inner wall of refrigerator provided with the structure.
