▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-based flexible sensor, involves (a) dispersing graphene by taking ionic liquid as solvent, and adding cellulose to the graphene dispersion to obtain a printing ink, (b) performing vacuum defoaming on printing ink, and transferring the printing ink to 3-dimensional printing device to obtain graphene-based sensitive material for 3-dimensional printing by designing 3-dimensional model layer by layer, and (c) performing freeze-drying on graphene-based sensitive material, and packaging to graphene-based flexible sensor. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene-based flexible sensor useful in electronic skin, intelligent movement, vital signs monitoring, human-computer interaction and environmental monitoring (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts direct extrusion 3-dimensional printing technology, and the prepared graphene-based sensitive material has excellent molding effect, designable shape, moderate flexibility and excellent conductivity, and is applied to flexible sensors to exhibit high sensitivity response and large strain performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene-based flexible sensor prepared by above-mentioned, where the sensitivity coefficient of graphene-based flexible sensor is 300-420, and the maximum strain is 30-60%.
