▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) adding 12.67 wt.% vinyl triethoxy silane into deionized water, stirring for 12 hours until the oily droplets completely disappeared, changing into transparent clear vinyl functionalized silicon nano-particle solution as crosslinking agent, (ii) placing the vinyl functionalized silicon nano-particle solution prepared in step (i) in water in a ratio of 25.05-125.25 μl: 25 ml, stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the diluted vinyl functionalized silicon nano-particle solution, (iii) adding 10-40% acrylic acid and nucleation center in the vinyl functionalized silicon nano-particle solution diluted in step (ii), stirring for 30 minutes, (iv) adding 0.2% ammonium persulfate as initiator in the mixed solution, introducing nitrogen, reacting for 24 hours at 45℃ to obtain nanometer gel, (v) inserting the iron rod with a diameter of 0.2-1 mm into nano gel, then extracting the fiber, and (vi) fixing the two ends of the fiber on a frame, drying and shaping. USE - The silk is useful in energy absorption, spacesuit, and damping field. ADVANTAGE - The silk has high breaking strength, fracture toughness and energy dissipation property.
