▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene waterborne polyurea resin comprises isocyanate-modified sulfonated graphene which is first reacted with isophorone diisocyanate in an organic solvent, and then with polyetheramine, then with polyetheramine chain extender for chain extension reaction, and then with hydrophilic chain extender. The reaction is carried out, and then a neutralization reaction is carried out with a neutralization reagent, and finally, deionized water is added to disperse it uniformly, and then the organic solvent is removed. The isocyanate-modified sulfonated graphene is obtained by modifying sulfonated graphene with isocyanate. USE - Modified graphene waterborne polyurea resin used in aqueous polyurea coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene waterborne polyurea resin is green, eco-friendly, convenient in construction, good in adhesion of the coating, not easy to peel off, and has excellent mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method for preparing the modified graphene aqueous polyurea resin, which involves dispersing sulfonated graphene and isocyanate uniformly in the organic solvent under the protection of nitrogen, first reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 6-10 hours, and then adding at room temperature for 12-36 hours to obtain isocyanate modified sulfonated graphene;dispersing isocyanate modified sulfonated graphene and isophorone diisocyanate in an organic solvent, stirring at room temperature for 20-60 minutes, then adding polyetheramine, stirring at room temperature for 30-90 minutes;adding polyetheramine chain extender, stirring at room temperature for 20-60 minutes, and then adding hydrophilic chain extender, and stirring at room temperature for 20-60 minutes;adding neutralizer to neutralize at room temperature for 15-35 minutes, then adding deionized water to disperse, after homogenization and concentrating organic solvent under reduced pressure to remove the modified graphene aqueous polyurea resin; (2) an aqueous polyurea coating, which includes 60 pts. wt. modified graphene waterborne polyurea resin, 20-35 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.3 to 0.8 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. pH adjuster, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. thickener, and 25-30 pts. wt. water; and (3) a method for preparing the water-based polyurea coating, which involves mixing the amount of water, wetting and dispersing agent and defoamer uniformly, adding the matching amount of titanium dioxide, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding the modified amount of modified graphene waterborne polyurea resin, and mixing uniformly, adding a certain amount of anti-flash rust agent and pH adjuster, stirring and mixing well, and adding a thickening agent in a certain amount, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the waterborne polyurea coating.
