NOVELTY - The cable has a reinforced bearing portion that is arranged at the center of a main portion (1). The eight-strand insulated cables (6) are evenly distributed on the outer circumference of the reinforced bearing portion. The outer side of the insulated cable is wrapped by an insulating protective sheath (5). The outer side of the insulating protective cover is wrapped by a thermally conductive layer (4). The outer side of the thermally conductive layer is wrapped by a protective layer (3). The outer side of the protective layer is wrapped by a high-strength anti-aging coating (2). The insulated cable is prepared by the stranding the conductor to form a core material. The inner insulating layer and the outer insulating layer are wrapped on the upper side of the conductor by a wrapping machine to obtain an insulated cable. USE - Multi-core high-strength flexible aviation cable. ADVANTAGE - The aviation cable does not generate a large amount of heat accumulation even under the condition of high temperature and overload operation, and significantly improves the application performance of the aviation cable.
